Terms & Conditions

General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the Player”, “You”) and SpinDog (“the Casino”, “We”, “Us”).
1.2. Our services are provided to residents of the United Kingdom under a licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC).
1.3. By accessing our services, you confirm that you are a resident of the United Kingdom and that you will comply with these Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before you register an account and place any bets.

Changes to the Terms & Conditions

2.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide you with advance notice of any significant changes.
2.2. For minor changes, we may update the terms without prior notification. We advise you to review this page regularly. For any material changes, we will require you to re-accept the terms before you can continue to use our services.

Eligibility to Play

3.1. Our services are available exclusively to players residing in the United Kingdom.
3.2. You must be 18 years of age or older to gamble. We are required by our UKGC licence to verify the age and identity of all our players. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), will be conducted upon registration.
3.3. We may request documentation to verify your age and identity, and we reserve the right to suspend your account until satisfactory proof is provided. You will not be able to deposit, bet, or withdraw funds until your age has been successfully verified.

Game Availability

4.1. The availability of certain games may be restricted in accordance with the policies of our game providers.
4.2. The use of a VPN or similar tools to bypass regional restrictions is a breach of these terms. Any winnings accrued while using such methods will be voided, and your account may be closed.
4.3. A list of specific game restrictions (e.g., NetEnt, Street Fighter) may be provided. Note that players from certain jurisdictions outside the UK may not be eligible for jackpots on specific NetEnt games.

Accepted Currencies

5.1. The primary operating currency of this website is Pound Sterling (GBP).
5.2. We may also accept deposits and process withdrawals in other currencies (e.g., EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, and various cryptocurrencies). Please be aware that transactions in non-GBP currencies may be subject to conversion rates and fees from your bank or payment processor.

Taxes and Fees

6.1. For players residing in the United Kingdom, winnings from gambling are not subject to tax. It is not your responsibility to declare winnings to HMRC.

Game Rules

7.1. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the game.
7.2. We encourage all players to familiarise themselves with the theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game before playing. This information is typically available within the game’s help or information section.

Disclaimer of Liabilities

8.1. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and can lead to financial loss. We are not liable for any financial damage arising from your use of our services. We strongly encourage you to gamble responsibly.
8.2. We are not liable for hardware or software defects, unstable internet connections, or other technical errors that may limit your access or interrupt play, unless caused by our negligence.
8.3. In the unlikely event of an error (e.g., an incorrect price, a technical fault in a payment), we reserve the right to void any affected bets and return the stake to you.
8.4. If your Player Account is mistakenly credited with funds (winnings, bonuses, or otherwise) that do not belong to you, these funds remain our property. We will deduct them from your account. If you have withdrawn such funds, you will owe us this amount as a debt. You are obliged to notify us immediately of any incorrect crediting.
8.5. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Advice provided by customer support is for guidance only and does not supersede these terms. In case of any conflict, these Terms & Conditions shall always prevail. The English language version of these terms is the definitive version.

Player Account Use

9.1. You may only hold one personal account. The creation of multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
9.2. Any winnings or bonuses gained from duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
9.3. You must not allow any third party, particularly minors, to access or use your account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
9.4. We are part of the GAMSTOP national self-exclusion scheme. It is your responsibility to use this and other responsible gambling tools if you feel you are at risk of harm.

Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

10.1. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity and bonus abuse. We employ various tools to detect and prevent such actions, including collusion, use of unfair strategies, fraudulent chargebacks, and depositing illicit funds.
10.2. If you are suspected of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to close your account, void winnings, and retain your balance. We may also be required to report such activity to the relevant authorities, including the UKGC and law enforcement.
10.3. Bonus Abuse / Irregular Play: We reserve the right to void bonuses and winnings resulting from “irregular play patterns.” This includes, but is not limited to:
* Using stolen payment details.
* Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions.
* Placing low-risk bets (e.g., covering 25 or more of the 37 numbers on a roulette table) to meet wagering requirements.
10.4. Deposit Wagering: For Anti-Money Laundering (AML) purposes, we are required to monitor deposit and withdrawal activity. While you are free to withdraw your unspent deposited funds at any time (subject to verification checks), we reserve the right to apply a processing fee if deposits are made with little or no gameplay. Any such fee will be reasonable and proportionate.

Depositing

11.1. We offer a variety of payment methods, including debit cards (VISA, MasterCard) and other alternative payment systems.
11.2. Please note: In accordance with UKGC regulations, it is illegal to deposit funds using a credit card.
11.3. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. We do not accept third-party payments. Any winnings from deposits made using a third-party payment method will be confiscated, and the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment method.
11.4. Minimum deposit is £20 GBP. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. You can set your own deposit limits in the Responsible Gambling section of your account.

Withdrawal Policy

12.1. The minimum withdrawal amount is £20 GBP.
12.2. We are legally required to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. We reserve the right to conduct additional checks at any time. If you provide false information, your withdrawal will be refused, and your account may be closed.
12.3. The maximum withdrawal limits are: £4,000 per day; £8,000 per week; £30,000 per month.
12.4. If you win more than £30,000, we reserve the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments of a maximum of £30,000 until the full amount is paid. This does not apply to progressive jackpot wins, which are typically paid in a lump sum after verification.
12.5. The maximum cumulative profit on all Casino Games (excluding progressive jackpots) is capped at £50,000 for VIP users and £25,000 for non-VIP users in any 24-hour period (00:00-23:59 UTC). Any winnings exceeding this limit may be voided.
12.6. Your account is not a bank account and does not accrue interest.

Dormant Accounts

13.1. An account is deemed dormant if it has not been accessed for 12 consecutive months.
13.2. Before classifying an account as dormant, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using your registered details to return your outstanding balance.
13.3. If we are unable to return the funds, we may begin to charge a monthly administrative fee of £10 from the account balance.
13.4. If the account remains dormant and we have exhausted all reasonable efforts to contact you, any remaining funds may be donated to a socially responsible charity, such as GambleAware, in line with our regulatory obligations.

Dispute Resolution and Complaints

14.1. If you have a complaint, please contact our Customer Support team first. We will aim to resolve your issue promptly.
14.2. Our complaints procedure involves an initial review, with the option to escalate the issue to a manager if you are not satisfied with the initial outcome.
