Bonus Terms & Conditions

These Bonus Terms & Conditions are an integral part of our main Terms & Conditions and apply to all bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by SpinDog. Please read them carefully before you opt-in to any promotion.

1. The Most Important Rules

To keep things clear and fair, these are the key terms that apply to most of our bonuses. Always check the specific terms of an individual offer, as they may vary.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses and winnings from Free Spins must be wagered 40 times (40x).
• Maximum Bet: The maximum bet you can place while a bonus is active is £5. This includes any double-up features or gamble rounds within a game.
• Bonus Validity: Your bonus will be valid for 7 days from the moment it is credited to your account, unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering. See Section 4 for the full breakdown.

2. How Our Bonuses Work

We use a “non-sticky” bonus system, which is great for you. This means your deposit (real money) and your bonus funds are kept separate.

• Real Money First: You will always play with your real money balance first.
• Freedom to Withdraw: If you have a win while playing with your real money, you can withdraw it at any time. If you choose to do this before completing the wagering requirements, you will simply forfeit the bonus funds. You will never be locked into a bonus.
• Using Bonus Funds: Once your real money balance is used, you will start playing with your bonus funds. This is when the wagering requirements and max bet rules apply.

3. Eligibility

• All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per person. This includes one per household, IP address, email address, phone number, and payment method (e.g., debit card).
• Unless a specific country is excluded in a promotion’s terms, all players are eligible for bonuses.
• Currently, players residing in the following countries are not eligible for bonuses: [List of countries, e.g., Bulgaria, Spain, etc.]. We reserve the right to request proof of residence to confirm your eligibility.

4. Wagering Requirements in Detail

When you play with an active bonus, your wagers will contribute towards the wagering requirement at different rates depending on the game type:

• Slots: 100%
• Roulette (All varieties): 25%
• Card Games (e.g., Blackjack, Baccarat): 10%
• Other Games (e.g., Video Poker, Live Game Shows): 0%

5. Fair Play & Bonus Abuse

We offer bonuses to enhance your gaming experience. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any activity intended to abuse these offers. Such activity includes, but is not limited to:

• Placing minimal risk wagers (e.g., betting on both red and black in Roulette).
• Significantly decreasing your stake size after a large win to grind out the wagering requirement.
• Moving from a low-contribution game to a high-contribution game after a large win.
• Delaying any game round, including free spins or bonus features, until after the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Using bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages of a game and then completing the final stages with real money bets.

If we find evidence of bonus abuse, SpinDog reserves the right to void any winnings derived from the abusive play and may exclude the player from future promotions.

6. Withdrawal & Bonus Forfeiture Rules

• You cannot withdraw bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• If your bonus expires before wagering is complete, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• You can cancel an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. If you do, the bonus funds and any winnings from them will be removed, but your remaining real money balance will be unaffected.
• A bonus is considered complete or lost once the bonus balance drops below £0.10.

7. Specific Bonus Types & Win Caps

• No-Deposit Bonuses & Free Spins: For any bonus received without a qualifying deposit, the maximum winnings you can withdraw are capped at £50, unless otherwise stated. To withdraw these winnings, you must first have made at least one successful deposit and fully verified your account.
• Deposit Bonuses: Unless otherwise specified, the maximum cashout from any deposit bonus is £2,000. Any winnings exceeding this amount may be voided upon withdrawal.

8. Loyalty & Comp Points Programme

We reward your loyalty with Comp Points (CP) which you can convert into bonus cash.

• Earning Points: You earn 1 Comp Point for every £20 wagered with real money on slots. Wagers on other games contribute at a lower rate.
• Redeeming Points: Once you have accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for a bonus in the ‘My Account’ section.
• VIP Tiers & Redemption Rates: Your VIP level determines how many points you need to redeem for a bonus. All bonuses redeemed from points are subject to a 40x wagering requirement.

9. General Terms

• Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. Bonuses cannot be stacked.
• All bonus times and dates are stated in GMT or BST, as applicable in the UK.
• SpinDog reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. We will provide notice where possible.
• These Bonus Terms are subject to change, and we encourage you to review them regularly.
